摘 要:目的了解2型糖尿病患者对互联网健康教育的需求。方法采用半结构式访谈法收集14例2型糖尿病患者对互联网健康教育的需求,并进行分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者对互联网教育的需求提炼为3大主题:互联网健康教育内容、互联网健康教育方式、互联网健康教育的阻力因素。结论互联网健康教育平台的设计应建立在充分了解患者需求的基础上,内容设计应满足患者对糖尿病相关知识的需求,重视饮食教育、最新研究成果分享、糖尿病患者的心理疏导,同时开展个体化的健康教育方式,并不断提高互联网平台的严谨性,以满足患者的需求。Objective To understand the needs of Internet health education from the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The needs of Internet health education from 14 patients with type 2 diabetes were collected in a semi-structured interview for analysis. Results The needs of Internet education from the patients with type 2 diabetes were summarized into three topics: content of Internet health education, mode of Internet health education and resistance factors for Internet education. Conclusion The Internet health education platform should be designed on a full understanding of patient needs to pass on necessary diabetes knowledge to patients, focused on diet education, sharing of the latest research results and psychological counseling for diabetic patients;meanwhile, personalized health education should be carried out to continuously improve the rigor of Internet platform, thus to satisfy the needs of patients.
