摘　　要：顺铂(DDP)是临床上常用的化疗药物,肾毒性是其剂量限制性毒性,严重影响其临床应用。如何预防和降低DDP的肾毒性是临床亟需解决的难题。近年来,随着DDP肾毒性机制的进一步阐明,DDP肾毒性防治研究报道明显增多,国内学者采用传统中药防治DDP肾毒性的研究也取得了较大的进展。本文就中药成分防治DDP肾毒性的研究进展作一综述。Cisplatin(DDP)is a commonly used chemotherapy drug in clinical practice.Nephrotoxicity,the dose-limiting toxicity induced by DDP,seriously affects its clinical application.How to reduce and prevent the nephrotoxicity of DDP becomes an urgent problem in clinic.In recent years,as the mechanism of DDP-induced nephrotoxicity was further clarified,more and more studies were reported on prevention and treatment of DDP-induced nephrotoxicity.Some scholars in China also made great progress in preventing and treating the nephrotoxicity of DDP with traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,we mainly reviewed the progress in the prevention and treatment of the DDP-induced nephrotoxicity with traditional Chinese medicine.
