摘　　要：基于中华绒螯蟹“长江1号”核心群体、苏南养殖群体、苏北养殖群体、长江野生群体和洪泽湖野生群体中选择大规格亲蟹,规模化构建ES-P2017家系,成功定向构建全同胞家系96个,家系构建成功率96.00%,选择56个发育良好的家系进行育苗,最终获得40个家系大眼幼体。A total of 100 groups of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)(more than 160 g of female and more than 270 g of male)were selected to construct lagre-scale family named“ES-P2017”from the breeding groups of the variety of Chinese mitten crab named"Changjiang 2",the breeding groups in southern Jiangsu,the breeding groups in northern Jiangsu,the wild populations of the Chinese mitten crabs,the Yangtze River population and the Hongze Lake population.96 full-sib families were established,the successful ratio of family construction was 96.00%.56 of berried crabs(families)were selected for directional breeding,40 of families were desalinated successfully finally.
