摘  要:为评估燃料在层燃锅炉中的着火特性,设计搭建了单元体炉实验台模拟层燃反应过程,对不同挥发分含量的生物质成型燃料、烟煤、贫煤和无烟煤开展了研究。结果表明,随着燃料挥发分的增大,着火温度逐渐降低。生物质成型燃料的着火温度在280℃左右,而煤的着火温度则在500℃左右。通过与热重实验结果的对比,发现两种方法获得的着火温度具有较强的对应关系,因此,可以利用热重分析仪快速预测层燃过程中燃料的着火温度,为层燃锅炉的设计和运行提供参考依据。In order to evaluate the ignition characteristics of typical solid fuels on grate combustion boiler,a unit furnace was utilized to simulate the combustion progress on grate combustion boiler.Studies were carried out by using biomass shaped pellets,bituminous coal,lean coal and anthracite coal.The results show that as the volatile content increases,the ignition temperature decreases.The ignition temperatures of biomass pellet are about 280℃,while those of coals are around 500℃.By comparison with the results of TA experiments,we find that the ignition temperatures obtained by these two methods have a strong correspondence.Therefore,for proper design and operation of grate combustion boiler,the TA can be considered as a reference for quick evaluation of ignition characteristics.
