摘  要:针对焊瓶钢HP295热轧钢卷同卷性能均匀和低屈强比的要求,采用不同的精轧终轧温度、卷取温度,分别在不同工艺生产的钢卷头部、尾部的不同位置取样,进行力学性能检验,探讨了轧制工艺对同卷性能差和屈强比的影响。结果表明:采用较高的终轧温度和合理的卷取温度,可以生产出同卷性能均匀、低屈强比的焊瓶钢HP295.In view of the requirements of HP295 gas cylinder steel with uniform volume performance and low yield ratio,the finishing final rolling temperature and the coiling temperature were tested respectively,and the mechanical properties were sampled at different positions of the steel coil heads and tails of the different processes.The effects of rolling process on the difference mechanical properties of the same volume and the yield ratio are discussed.The results show that the high final rolling temperature and the reasonable coiling temperature should be adopted to obtain HP295 gas cylinder steel with uniform volume performance and low yield ratio.
