摘　　要：介绍了自熔性球团在安钢豫河公司的工业试生产,通过对试验过程中生球、干球、出窑头球、成品球的物理及化学质量分析,成品球的高温冶金性能分析,探索了自熔性球团矿在链篦机—回转窑—环冷机工艺氧化球团线的生产工艺热工制度、配矿结构等,为长期自熔性球团的生产做好技术储备,并为自熔性球团的推广和生产提供了理论、实践参考。Industrial trial production of fluxed pellet in Anyang Yu Vale Yongtong Pellet Co.,Ltd is introduced,Through the analysis of physical and chemical quality on green pellet,dry pellet,pellet at the exit end of grate-rotary kiln and finished pellet,and the analysis of metallurgical properties of finished under high temperature during experimentation,the production process thermal system and ore blending structure of fluxed pellets in grate-rotary,kiln,ring cooler for oxidation pellet are explored,which provides a good technical reserve for the production of long-term self-fluxing pellets and provides a theoretical and practical reference for the popularization and production of self-fluxing pellets.
