摘  要:阐述了转炉降铁比以后转炉的炉内反应变化和操作过程变化,研究了新的加料制度对炼钢过程的影响。结果表明,采用三批次加料方式,同时结合冶炼过程温度变化选择合适的加料时机,能够避免冶炼过程中喷溅的发生。The change of reaction and operation process in the converter is described after reducing the ration of the hot metal reduction.And the influence of operation mode under new charging style on steelmaking process is also studied.The results show that splashing can be avoided during the steelmaking in 100 t converter by adopting the three-batch charging style and choosing the appropriate charging time according to the temperature change in the steelmaking.
