钛硅合金在LF合金化实践

摘　　要：分析了钛在钢液合金化过程的特点,在钢包精炼炉试验了钛硅合金,从钢液钛收得率、硅含量变化、产品质量、经济效益等方面进行了分析,并与钛铁进行了比较。试验结果表明,钛硅合金对产品质量没有影响,适合在含硅的钛合金化钢的生产中使用。The characteristics of titanium in molten steel alloying process were analyzed.Ti-Si alloy was tested in ladle refining furnace.The titanium yield,the change of silicon content in molten steel,product quality and economic benefits were analyzed,and compared with Ti-Fe alloy.The results show that Ti-Si alloy has no effect on the product quality,and is suitable for use in titanium alloyed steel containing silicon.
