浅谈钢铁企业中混合煤气计量数据的补偿技术

摘　　要：钢铁企业常将各种不同种类的煤气混合后供用能单位作为能源介质燃烧使用,以安阳钢铁公司的煤气使用情况为例,高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、转炉煤气混合后供给加热炉和锅炉使用。由于混合煤气计量所用的孔板开孔直径是按照固定的混合煤气密度设计的,在实际生产过程中,各种煤气配比往往是随着生产节奏的改变而随时改变的,需要不断地调整高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、转炉煤气的配比,混合煤气的密度也随之不断变化,使混合煤气流量计无法在设计的配比范围内计量,从而导致数据异常。为此,在对混合煤气计量时,需要实时对温度、压力、密度等参数进行补偿计算,从而实现动态在线补偿。In iron and steel enterprises,various kinds of gas are often used as energy medium for combustion after being mixed.Taking the gas use of Anyang Iron and Steel Company as an example,blast furnace gas,coke oven gas and converter gas are mixed and then supplied to heating furnace and boiler for heating.Because the opening diameter of the orifice plate used in the measurement of mixed gas is designed according to the fixed density of mixed gas,in the actual production process,the proportion of various kinds of gas is often changed at any time with the change of production rhythm,and the proportion of blast furnace gas,coke oven gas and converter coal gas is always adjusted,and the density of mixed gas is also constantly changing,so that the mixed gas flow-meter cannot be measured within the designed proportioning range,resulting in abnormal data.For this reason,in the measurement of mixed gas,it is necessary to make compensation calculation on the parameters of temperature,pressure and density in real time,so as to realize dynamic online compensation.
