摘  要:介绍了某钢铁公司热电站35 t/h中温中压锅炉水冷壁爆管事故后,根据化学分析,推理水垢成分、形成原因,采用化学清洗,清除水垢,提出预防措施,推广停用锅炉冲氮气保养和炉水中加入磷酸三钠的措施避免发生爆管事故,对同类锅炉结垢问题有借鉴意义。This paper introduces the pipe burst accident of water wall of 35 t/h medium temperature and medium pressure boiler in a thermal power station of an iron and steel company.According to the chemical analysis,the composition of scale is deduced,the causes are formed,the chemical cleaning is adopted to remove the scale,the preventive measures are put forward,and the measures to popularize the maintenance of nitrogen flushing boiler and the addition of trisodium phosphate in furnace water to avoid the tube explosion accident are of reference significance for the scaling problem of the same kind of boiler.
