摘　　要：目的:探讨人体结肠系膜淋巴管的组织学特征,为研究肠系膜物质转运机制提供必要的形态学依据。方法:采用苏木精-伊红(HE)及免疫组织化学染色方法,显微镜下观察人体结肠系膜淋巴管的分布及其形态结构。结果:结肠系膜组织中可见大量的脂肪细胞、血管、淋巴组织。血管管壁较厚,形态较为规则,少数管腔内可见红细胞。淋巴管管壁较薄,管腔较大,有时可见到腔内有均匀一致的絮状物。但大部分管腔样结构透明,HE染色难以定论为血管或淋巴管或组织间隙。免疫组织化学染色可见单抗D2-40在淋巴管内皮细胞得以标记,以胞质的棕黄色着色为阳性,淋巴管配布在血管周围,形状不规则,呈条索状或椭圆状;管径变化较大,约20~200μm,管壁无肌层;部分淋巴管壁呈开放状态;血管淡染或不染色。结论:人结肠系膜血管周围有大量淋巴管存在,可能是物质转运至血液循环的一种潜在性途径或相邻血管间的通路。Objective:To study the histological characteristics of human mesenteric lymphatic capillaries,and to provide necessary morphological basis for the study of mesenteric material transport mechanism.Methods:The distribution and morphology of mesenteric lymphatic vessels in colon were observed under microscope by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)and immunohistochemical staining.Results:A large number of adipocytes,blood vessels,fibrous connective tissue and lymphoid tissue were found in mesenteric tissue.The capillary wall was thicker,its morphology was more regular,and red blood cells were visible in a few lumens.The wall of lymphatic vessels was relatively thin,and the lumen was large.Sometimes uniform flocs can be seen in the lumen.However,most of the lumen-like structures were transparent,and HE staining was difficult to determine as blood vessels or lymphatic vessels or tissue spaces.Immunohistochemical staining showed that monoclonal antibody D2-40 could be marked in lymphatic endothelial cells,positive in brown staining of cytoplasm,distributed around blood vessels,with irregular morphology and elliptical or striped shape.The diameter of lymphoid tube varied greatly(about 20-200μm),with no muscle layer on the wall,some lymphatic walls were open,and the vessels were light or not stained.Conclusions:There were a large number of lymphatic vessels around the mesenteric vessels of human colon,which may be a potential pathway for the transport of substances to the blood circulation or between adjacent blood vessels.
