二氧化碳点阵激光联合他克莫司对白癜风患者血清炎性因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究二氧化碳点阵激光联合他克莫司对白癜风患者血清炎性因子表达的影响。方法:72例白癜风患者运用随机数表法将患者分两组各36例。对照组采用他克莫司软膏进行单独治疗,观察组采用新型二氧化碳点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的疗效及两组白癜风患者体内的γ-干扰(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)等炎性因子水平。结果:经过12周的治疗,对照组总有效率为69.4%,观察组总有效率为88.9%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者血液中血清炎性因子水平都有了不同程度的降低,观察组较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无显著不良反应。结论:他克莫司联合二氧化碳点阵激光疗法能够有效调控白癜风患者的免疫系统功能,降低患者血清中炎性因子的水平,临床疗效好,可以在临床上广泛使用。Objective:To study the effect of CO 2 laser combined with tacrolimus on the expression of serum inflammatory factors in patients with vitiligo.Methods:72 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups(36 patients each).The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment alone.The observation group was treated with a new carbon dioxide laser and tacrolimus ointment.The efficacy of the two groups of patients and the gamma-interference(IFN-γ)in the two groups of vitiligo patients were observed.Levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-17(IL-17)were also observed.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 69.4%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups of patients were reduced to different extents.The observation group was more obvious than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusions:Tacrolimus combined with carbon dioxide laser therapy can effectively regulate the immune system function of patients with vitiligo,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients'serum,and has good clinical efficacy.It can be widely used in clinic.
