摘　　要：目的:探讨颌下腺移位防治鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的围手术期护理。方法:通过对21例初治鼻咽癌患者进行颌下腺移位,对其实行术前护理、术后护理;在放疗后2、6个月和12个月对其进行唾液流量测定,评价围手术期护理对患者颌下腺功能保全的影响。结果:21例手术均获成功,行颌下腺移位的鼻咽癌患者术后发生口干燥症的严重程度较低;全唾液流速和腮腺唾液流速较好。结论:对初治鼻咽癌患者,术前健康宣教、心理护理,术后观察病情及颌下腺分泌,适当限制体位及心理护理,协助进行腺体功能测试可提高手术的成功率。Objective:To investigate the perioperative nursing of submandibular salivary gland transfer for pervention and treatment of xerostomia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:The submandibular salivary gland transfer was performed in 21 patients with newly treated NPC,preoperative and postoperative care were performed.Results:21 patients were successful undergone submandibular gland displacement,and all of them had a lower incidence of xerostomia.Conclusions:For patients with newly diagnosed NPC,submandibular salivary gland transfer is feasible.Do well health education and psychological care before the operation,closely observe the condition and the submandibular gland secretion after the operation,properly restrict the position and psychological care,and assist the glandular function test are the key points of successful surgery.
