乐园式采血室对2～6岁儿童采血依从性的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乐园式采血室的建立对2~6岁儿童采血依从性的干预效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年4月在我院门诊采血室接受静脉采血的2~6岁患儿300例作为研究对象,根据乐园式采血室建立时间前后分为对照组(150例)和观察组(150例)。对照组为乐园式采血室建立前,在普通儿童采血区接受采血的2~6岁患儿;观察组为乐园式采血室建立后,在游戏中接受采血的2~6岁患儿。通过对两组患儿在采血时长、穿刺哭闹时长、穿刺次数进行统计,并对陪同患儿的家属进行患儿采血过程满意度问卷调查,比较两组患儿采血依从性的效果。结果:观察组患儿的采血时长、穿刺哭闹时长、穿刺次数明显少于对照组,观察组患儿家属对患儿采血过程的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乐园式采血室的建立对2~6岁儿童采血依从性的干预效果良好。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of amusement park-like blood sampling room in acceptance of blood collection for children ages 2 to 6 in outpatients.Methods:Three hundred children aged 2 to 6 in the outpatient of our hospital underwent venous blood sampling from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected.According to the completion time of amusement park-like blood sampling room,they were divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group included children underwent blood sampling in common blood collection room,before the completion of amusement park-like blood sampling room.And the observation group included children underwent blood sampling during playing in amusement park-like blood sampling room.The duration of blood sampling,the duration of cry and scream of children in puncture,and times of puncture between the two groups were counted.The questionnaire of children satisfaction were distributed to parents.And the acceptance of blood collection for children between the two groups was compared.Results:The duration of blood sampling,the duration of cry and scream of children in puncture,and times of puncture of the observation group was much less than those of the control group.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The building of amusement park-like blood sampling room has good application value in acceptance of blood collection for children ages 2 to 6 in outpatients.
