摘　　要：康熙在位的61年间,西方资本主义蓬勃发展。面对时势变幻,他不断求索,以开阔的视野、积极的心态,努力推动学习和引进西方科技。他努力学习西方自然科学知识,认同西方科技的先进性;解决中西历法之争,启用西洋历法,扶持西学在中国传播;注重西学的中用,增强国家实力与国民素质;逐步开放海禁,扩大对外贸易,加强与西方的交流;引进和重用西方科技人才,培养懂西学的本土人才,为清王朝服务,使中国的综合国力位于世界前列。During the 61 years of Kangxi’s reign,western capitalism flourished.In the face of changing times,Kangxi kept on exploring the ways to make China rich and strong with his profound Western learning,broad vision and positive attitude,and became a learner and practical pioneer of Western science and technology.He worked hard to learn the Western natural sciences,and recognized the advanced nature of Western science and technology;he settled the dispute between China and the West over the calendar,introduced the Western calendar,and supported the spread of Western learning in China;he paid attention to the use of Western learning in China and enhanced the national strength and quality;he gradually lifted the maritime ban,expanded foreign trade,and strengthened the exchanges with the West;he introduced and put Western scientific and technological talents in important positions,and cultivated local talents who understood Western learning to serve the Qing Dynasty.Kangxi initiated the“golden age of Kang-Qian”,which placed China’s social and economic development in the forefront of the world.
