结肠癌组织中AGR2、S100A4的表达及与临床病理特征及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨前梯度蛋白2(AGR2)、S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)在结肠癌组织中的表达情况及与结肠癌的临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选取2013年1月到2014年3月该院确诊为结肠癌、管状绒毛状腺瘤患者为研究对象。采用Western blot检测AGR2、S100A4在结肠癌、管状绒毛状腺瘤及正常黏膜组织中的表达情况,并分析其与结肠癌患者的临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果AGR2、S100A4在结肠癌表达显著高于管状绒毛腺瘤和正常肠黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在结肠癌患者中AGR2与S100A4呈正相关(r=0.5344,P<0.01),且与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移和组织分化程度相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。AGR2和S100A4低表达患者5年生存率分别为57.14%和53.06%,明显高于AGR2、S100A4高表达患者的26.09%和28.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AGR2和S100A4在结肠癌中表达升高,与临床病理特征、预后密切相关。Objective To study the expressions of AGR2 and S100A4 in colon cancer tissue and their relationship with the clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The patients diagnosed as colon cancer,tubular villous adenoma and normal intestinal mucosa in this hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the study subjects.The expression levels of AGR2 and S100A4 in colon cancer,tubular villous adenoma and normal mucosa tissues were detected by Western blot.Then the relationship between AGR2 and S100A4 with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results The expression levels of AGR2 and S100A4 in colon cancer were significantly higher than those in tubular villous adenoma and normal intestinal mucosa tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).AGR2 was positively correlated with S100A4 in the patients with colon cancer(r=0.5344,P<0.01),and correlated with the Dukes stage,lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation degree(P<0.05),but had no correlation with the gender,age and tumor size(P>0.05).The 5-year survival rates in the patients with low expression of AGR2 and S100A4 were 57.14%and 53.06%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 26.09%and 28.13%in the patients with AGR2 and S100A4 high expression groups,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of AGR2 and S100A4 are increased in colon cancer,which are closely correlated to the clinicopathological features and prognosis.
