摘　　要：目的探讨药物流产后应用口服短效避孕药的临床价值。方法选择早孕期要求药物流产的患者150例,绒毛排出后立即服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片Ⅱ的75例为观察组,未服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的75例为对照组。比较两组药物流产后阴道流血量、流血持续时间、2周后彩超复查情况、月经复潮情况、清宫率的差异。结果观察组阴道流血量及月经复潮情况与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组中96.0%的患者阴道出血在2周内停止,而对照组中该比例为86.7%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2周后复查彩超,观察组中无残留组织及组织大小在3 cm及以下的比例为97.4%,而对照组为89.3%,二者差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后清宫率为5.3%,显著低于对照组的16.0%。结论药物流产后立即口服短效避孕药可减少药物流产的不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical value of oral short-acting contraceptives after medical abortion.Methods One hundred and fifty patients requiring medical abortion in early pregnancy were selected.Among them,75 cases immediately taking drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)after villus discharge served as the observation group,and other 75 cases without taking drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)served as the control group.The differences in the volume of vaginal bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding,re-examination results of color ultrasound after two weeks,menstrual recovery and curettage rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the volume of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery between the observation group and the control group.However(P>0.05),96.0%of the patients in the observation group had vaginal bleeding within two weeks,while the proportion in the control group was 86.7%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.In the color ultrasound re-examination after 2 weeks,the proportion of no residual tissue and tissue size below 3 cm in the observation group was 97.4%,while which in the control group was 89.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The postoperative curettage rate in the observation group was 5.3%,which was significantly lower than 16.0%in the control group.Conclusion Immediately taking oral short-acting contraceptives after medical abortion can reduce its adverse reactions.
