摘　　要：复发性流产(RSA)是指连续2次或超过2次的自然流产,其病因尚不明确。大量研究指出,人类白细胞抗原(HLA)多个基因位点与RSA关系密切,如HLA-A、HLA-G、HLA-DQ、HLA-DP等,尤其是HLA-DQ及HLA-DP在RSA患者中常呈现出高表达,现就该研究领域的进展进行综述。Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)is a kind of spontaneous abortion,indicating more than two consecutive times.The etiology of RSA is not clear.A large number of studies have pointed out that many human leukocyte antigen(HLA)gene loci are closely related to RSA,such as HLA-A,HLA-G,HLA-DQ and HLA-DP.In particular,HLA-DQ and HLA-DP are highly expressed in RSA patients.This article reviews the study progress in this field.
