摘　　要：铁基粉末冶金气门圈座需进行蒸汽处理,要求处理后工件增重率为2.25%±0.1%,增重率偏差±0.25%。采用新型BBF-600氧化炉对铁基粉末冶金气门圈座进行了3次蒸气处理试验,最终达到了气门圈座的质量要求。Iron-base powder metallurgy valve rings need to be steam treated to the point where their weight gain rate and deviation of weight gain rate are respectively controlled within 2.25%±0.1%and within±0.25%after steam treating.The trial steam treating for the powder metallurgy valve rings was done three times in a new type of BBF-600 oxidation furnace,finally reaching the quality requirements for the valve ring.
