喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取石城县中医院2017年5月-2019年4月收治的支气管肺炎患儿62例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各31例。对照组给予注射用头孢曲松钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予喜炎平注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗10 d。比较两组临床疗效、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、气喘持续时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间;比较两组治疗前、治疗后10 d肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素8(IL-8)。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、气喘持续时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-8比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后10 d研究组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-8低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效确切,可改善临床症状及体征,减轻炎性反应,促进患儿早日康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 62 cases of children with bronchopneumonia were selected from May 2017 to April 2019 in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shicheng County,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium for injection,the study group was treated with Xiyanping injection based on the control group,both groups were treated for 10 days.The clinical effects,cough disappearance time,fever abatement time,asthma duration,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared;TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand IL-8 before treatment and after treatment 10 days were compared.Results The study group of total effective rate was higher than the control group,cough disappearance time,fever abatement time,asthma duration,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand IL-8 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the study group of the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand IL-8 were lower than the control group after treatment 10 days(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium for children with bronchopneumonia is definite,it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the inflammatory response,and promote the early recovery of patients.
