依巴斯汀片联合物理疗法治疗炎症性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依巴斯汀片联合物理疗法治疗炎症性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效及其对患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取攀枝花市第四人民医院2017年8月-2018年9月收治的炎症性皮肤瘙痒症患者134例,按入组先后顺序分为对照组与研究组,每组67例。对照组予以依巴斯丁片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用物理疗法,即外洗中药联合窄普中波紫外线照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效,临床症状积分,血清炎性因子〔肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)〕与免疫球蛋白G(IgG),并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治愈率、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、IgG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、IgG低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依巴斯汀片联合物理疗法治疗炎症性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高免疫功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ebastine tablets combined with physical therapy on inflammatory pruritus and the impact on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 134 cases of patients with inflammatory pruritus were selected from August 2017 to September 2018 in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Panzhihua,which were divided into control group and study group according to the order of enrollment,67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ebastine,and the study group was given physical therapy on the basis of the control group,that is,external washing Chinese medicine combined with narrow and common UVB irradiation.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score,serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,CRP,IL-6),and IgG were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group of clinical symptoms score was lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and IgG between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group of TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and IgG were lower than control group(P<0.05).The study group of incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ebastine tablets combined with physical therapy have an exact clinical effect for inflammatory pruritus,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the immune function,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and with high safety.
