摘 要:目前,国内外直流电缆工程及制造技术空前发展,而直流XLPE电缆运行情况、故障特征及劣化规律研究尚在起步阶段。泄漏电流是电缆绝缘状态的重要表征手段。搭建了直流XLPE电缆泄漏电流检测实验平台,设计并制造了XLPE电缆绝缘划痕缺陷模型,研究了其电场畸变特性及不同电压幅值、不同电压极性及测试时间下泄漏电流变化特征。结果表明,在运行电压下,通过对比正常状态与缺陷状态的泄漏电流值,可有效区分电缆的状态,且泄漏电流随外施电压升高变化显著,在相同的缺陷模型及电压下,负极性泄漏电流比正极性高,绝缘含有划痕缺陷时的泄漏电流存在衰减趋势。研究验证了运行条件下通过泄漏电流带电检测直流电缆状态的可行性,对电缆现场状态检测策略的研究具有重要价值。At present, the manufacturing technology and engineering of DC cable systems has been developed quickly. However, there are few studies on the operation, fault characteristics and degradation of XLPE cables under DC voltage. Leakage current is the important means of characterization of cable insulation. The leakage current of DC XLPE cable test experimental platform is set up. A XLPE cable insulation scratch defect model is designed and manufactured, and its electric field distortion characteristics are studied. The characteristics of leakage current under different voltage levels and different voltage polarity and test time are studied. The results show that the state of the cable can be distinguished effectively by comparing the leakage current of the normal state and the defect state under the operating voltage, and the leakage current varies significantly with the increase of the external application voltage, and the negative leakage current is higher than the positive electrode under the same voltage for cable. There is an attenuation trend of leakage current in scratch defective cables. The feasibility of detecting the state of DC cable through leakage current under operation condition is verified. Studies are of great value for cable field status detection.
