摘 要:将同步相量测量技术应用到配电网中,设计可大规模应用的微型化、低成本化,并配置兼具配电网保护、控制等多功能的同步相量测量装置,可以全面提高配电网的可观、可测和可控的能力,这将会是未来配电网发展的一个必然趋势。设计了一种基于同步相量测量信息的配电网多功能终端装置,研究了装置的功能需求。在硬件设计上采用融合配电自动化终端架构的分层式集成架构,软件上采用低耦合、分层式软件架构。同时,设计了装置的数据动态融合方案,保证运行效率。设计的基于同步相量测量信息的配电网多功能终端装置灵活运用同步量测信息技术,解决了规模分布式电源、电动汽车和互动负荷等接入对配电网带来的可靠性和电能质量问题,具有很高的工程应用推广价值。The application of synchronous phasor measurement technology in distribution network, the design of miniaturization and low cost, and the configuration of synchronous phasor measurement device with multiple functions such as distribution network protection and control, can improve the considerable, measurable and controllable ability of distribution network in an all-round way, which will be an inevitable trend in the development of distribution network in the future. A multi-functional terminal device for distribution network based on synchronous phasor measurement information is designed. The functional requirements of the device are studied. In hardware design, a hierarchical integration architecture integrating distribution automation terminal architecture is adopted, and in software, a low-coupling and hierarchical software architecture is adopted. At the same time, the data dynamic fusion scheme of the device is designed to ensure the operation efficiency. The multi-functional terminal device of distribution network based on synchronous phasor measurement information can flexibly use synchronous measurement information technology to solve the reliability and power quality problems caused by the access of large-scale distributed power, electric vehicles, interactive loads and so on. It has high engineering application and popularization value.
