摘　　要：在推动形成全面开放新格局的背景下,推动和发展对外直接投资的重要性更加突出,而企业作为对外直接投资的主体,在我国对外投资格局形成上具有至关重要的作用。鉴于此,本文在“一带一路”战略背景下,从企业异质性的微观视角出发,以我国非金融类上市企业为对象,运用Logit模型深入探究企业异质性如何影响我国对外直接投资尤其是对沿线国家投资的策略选择问题,并据此提出推动我国企业对外投资尤其是对沿线国家直接投资的建议。Under the background of promoting the formation of a new pattern of overall opening up,the importance of how to promote and develop foreign direct investment is even more prominent.As the main body of foreign direct investment,enterprises play a vital role in the formation of China’s foreign investment pattern.For this,under the background of“one belt and one road”strategy,this paper takes China’s non-financial listed enterprises as the object,uses Logit model to deeply explore how enterprise heterogeneity affects China's foreign direct investment,especially the strategic choice of investment in countries along the line from the microscopic perspective.At last,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote Chinese enterprises'foreign investment,especially the direct investment in countries along the line.
