摘　　要：随着大学毕业生逐年增多,文科大学生就业压力也逐年增大。一方面是来自社会方面的因素,更重要的因素是文科大学生自身缺乏就业竞争力。因而,如何提升其就业竞争力就显得至关重要,各方面有必要重新审视传统的文科大学生的教育方式方法,接长板、补短板、增后劲、促发展,及时更新并着重提升文科大学生的就业竞争力。As college graduates increase year by year,the employment pressure of liberal arts college students also increases year by year.On the one hand,there are many social reasons,and on the other hand,liberal arts college students themselves lack employment competitiveness.Therefore,how to improve their employment competitiveness is of paramount importance.It is necessary to re-examine the traditional education methods of liberal arts college students and take various measures to improve the employment competitiveness of liberal arts college students.
