摘　　要：患者,男,71岁。龟头红斑、肿块、溃疡、结痂伴疼痛2年。组织病理诊断:增殖性红斑。先后8次(间隔7~15 d)行光动力治疗,治疗后龟头皮损痊愈,随访未见复发。A 71-year-old male developed glaucoma erythema,mass,ulcer,crusting on glans with pain for 2 years.The patient was diagnosed with proliferative erythema by histopathological examination and received photodynamic therapy 8 times(interval 7 to 15 days).Glans lesions healed after the treatment,and no recurrence was found during follow-up.
