水源性肢端角化病一例

摘　　要：患者,女,63岁。手背部遇水后出现白色角化肿胀性丘疹20余年,干燥后皮损逐渐消退。水桶征阳性。诊断:水源性肢端角化病。A 63-year-old female patient presented with white papules which became edema when contacted with water and disappeared when drying for more than 20 years.Water immersion test was positive.The diagnosis of aquagenic acrokeratoderma was made.
