网络群体事件的社会心理分析及应对策略

摘　　要：群体事件凸显了人的特殊生存需求,具有深层次的心理基础。如今社会生活网络化已成为一种普遍现象。网络超越了时空束缚使群体事件由“定点场域”转变为“流动场域”,虚拟的“前台”与现实的“后台”相互呼应、“身体缺场”与“思想在场”相互交织以及“意见领袖”对舆论的诱导形成集体性情绪狂欢,使得群体事件借助网络愈演愈烈。以群体事件发生的社会心理因素为切入点,深入分析与研判网络群体的社会心理活动,可以探寻维护社会公众正义诉求的途径,实现网络空间的良性运行与网络社会的协调发展。Group events highlight a special survival needs of people and have a deep psychological foundation.Nowadays,the networking of society has become very common.The network transcends the constraints of time and space to transform group events from“fixed field”to“flow field”.The echoing each other of the realistic“foreground”and the virtual“backstage”,the interweaving of the absence of the body and the“presence of the thought”and the collective emotional carnival formed by the“opinion leader”on the induction of public opinion,make the group events intense with the help of the network.Taking the social psychological factors that drive the occurrence of group events as the starting point,an in-depth analysis and research of the psychosocial activities of the group,can help to explore strategies to effectively maintain the benign operation of the cyberspace order,and the route to safeguard the public’s demands for justice.
