摘　　要：在药源性疾病高发的今天,经皮给药成为临床重要给药方式,为了降低皮肤天然的屏障功能对药物吸收的阻碍作用,各种促近皮肤透皮吸收的方法层出不穷,在紧急或病情严重的情况下,该方法能够显著增大药物渗透率,提高临床疗效。但对于慢性疾病,尤其是需要长期用药的患者来说,日常频繁使用,会一定程度增加皮肤通透性,破坏皮肤天然结构,影响正常生理功能进而导致部分皮肤病的发生。因此本文从皮肤结构、皮肤功能、皮肤障碍与疾病之间的关系入手,在深入了解药物透皮吸收原理的前提下,提出促进药物透皮吸收应具有一定的选择性,旨在引导患者正确应用药物透皮技术,减少药源性疾病的发生。Today,with high incidence of drug-induced diseases,transdermal drug delivery has become an important way in clinical medication.In order to reduce inhibition effect of natural skin barrier function on drug absorption,various kinds of methods to promote skin′s transdermal absorption emerge in endlessly.In an emergency or severe case,this method can significantly increase drug permeability,to improve clinical efficacy.But for chronic diseases,especially for patients who need long-term medication,frequent daily use will increase skin permeability to a certain extent,destroy natural structure of the skin,affect its normal physiological functions and lead to occurrence of some skin diseases.So,from the skin structure,skin function as well as relationship between skin disorders and diseases,under the premise of insight into the drug transdermal absorption principle,this paper puts forward that there should be certain selectivity in promoting drug transdermal absorption,aiming to guide patients with correct application of drug transdermal technology,and reduce the occurrence of drug-induced diseases.
