复元活血汤加减外敷联合运动创伤治疗机治疗运动性软组织扭伤

摘　　要：目的:探讨复元活血汤加减外敷联合运动创伤治疗机对运动性软组织扭伤近远期疗效。方法:选取2016年11月至2018年4月襄阳市中医医院收治的运动性软组织扭伤患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组常规处理,观察组加用复元活血汤加减外敷联合运动创伤治疗机治疗,均治疗2周。比较各组炎性反应因子、神经递质、血液流变学、中医症状积分及远期疗效。结果:完成治疗后2组5-HT、NE、DA、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆高切黏度、红细胞比容、FIB、红细胞聚集性、红细胞刚性、全血还原黏度、炎性反应因子水平、中医证候积分较治疗前均显著下降,痊愈率、总有效率及红细胞变形性较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),其中观察组优于对照组。结论:复元活血汤加减外敷联合运动创伤治疗功能抑制运动性软组织扭伤炎性反应,加速血液循环,改善神经递质,提高痛阈值,改善症状显著,且远期创伤性关节炎发生率低。Objective:To explore short-term and long-term efficacy of external application of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with sports trauma treatment machine in sports soft tissue sprain.Methods:From November 2016 to April 2018,96 patients with sports soft tissue sprain in Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment for 2 weeks,and the observation group was treated with external application of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with sports trauma treatment machine for 2 weeks.Inflammatory factors,neurotransmitters,hemorheology,symptom scores in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the long-term efficacy in the 2 groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,5-HT,NE,DA,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma high shear viscosity,hematocrit,FIB,RBC aggregation,RBC rigidity,whole blood reduced viscosity,levels of inflammatory factors and TCM symptom scores in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,the cure rate,the total effective rate and RBC deformability were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:External application of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with sports trauma treatment machine can inhibit inflammatory reaction of sports soft tissue sprain,accelerate blood circulation,improve neurotransmitters,increase pain threshold and improve symptoms significantly.And the incidence of long-term traumatic arthritis is low.
