摘　　要：目的:研究艾灸联合雷公藤总甙对类风湿性关节炎患者IgA-RF、IgM-RF及MMPs的影响。方法:选取2015年10月至2018年8月乌鲁木齐市中医医院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法随机分对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予雷公藤总甙治疗,观察组患者应用艾灸联合雷公藤总甙进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果及治疗前、后关节功能、IgA-RF、IgM-RF、MMP-3指标变化。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率90.0%(36/40)高于对照组的72.5%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,治疗后2组患者的IgA-RF、IgM-RF表达及MMP-3阳性率降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的IgA-RF、IgM-RF表达及MMP-3阳性率降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合雷公藤总甙治疗类风湿性关节炎效果显著,能有效减轻临床症状及体征,可能具有调节IgA-RF、IgM-RF及MMPs表达,进而减轻机体炎性反应,改善患者免疫功能及关节功能的作用,值得进一步研究及临床推广。Objective:To study the effects of moxibustion combined with Tripterygium wilfordii on IgA-RF,IgM-RF and MMPs in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in Urumqi traditional Chinese medicine hospital from October 2015 to August 2018 were enrolled in this study.All the patients were divided into control group and study group by reference to a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with tripterygium wilfordii,and patients in the study group were treated with moxibustion combined with Tripterygium wilfordii.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients and the changes of joint function,IgA-RF,IgM-RF and MMP-3 before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 90.0%(36/40)higher than that of the control group(72.5%)(29/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgA-RF,IgM-RF expression and MMP-3 positive rate were lower in the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the IgA-RF,IgM-RF expression and MMP-3 positive rate were lower in the two groups.The study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.has significant effects in treating rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and signs,regulate the expression of IgA-RF,IgM-RF and MMPs,thereby reducing the body′s inflammatory response and improving the immune function and joint function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
