呼吸机螺纹管消毒支架临床应用的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸机螺纹管消毒支架临床应用的可行性。方法选择2017年12月至2018年1月在心肺移植中心手术麻醉科集中消毒的呼吸机医用硅胶螺纹管60支,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组使用自主研发设计的呼吸机螺纹管消毒支架对螺纹管进行消毒,对照组采用含氯消毒液浸泡法。比较两组呼吸机医用硅胶螺纹管消毒合格情况。结果试验组呼吸机医用硅胶螺纹管消毒效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸机螺纹管消毒支架的消毒效果优于含氯消毒液浸泡法,同时具有操作效率高、所需成本低、避免职业暴露等优点。Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical application of ventilator disinfectant stent with screw tube.Methods To select 60 medical silicone screw tubes used by ventilator that were centrally sterilized in the department of surgery and anesthesiology of the heart-lung transplantation center from December 2017 to January 2018.They randomly were divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group used independently developed ventilator disinfectant stent with screw tube to disinfect the screw tubes,and the control group used the chlorine-containing disinfectant immersion method.The qualifying conditions of disinfection for medical silicone screw tubes used by ventilator were compared between the two group.Results The effect of disinfection for medical silicone screw tubes in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection effect of the ventilator disinfectant stent with screw tubes was better than that of the chlorine-containing disinfectant immersion method.At the same time,it had the advantages of high operation efficiency,low required cost,and avoiding occupational exposure.
