摘  要:目的探讨系列疗法对特大面积烧伤后期顽固性残余创面的治疗体会。方法30例特大面积烧伤后期顽固性残余创面患者,均接受彻底清创、营养支持、浸浴疗法、应用抗生素、手术治疗、加强感染预防、康复治疗等。观察治疗效果。结果30例患者治疗后残余创面被彻底封闭,且患者心理状态、营养状况、体力、功能均明显改善,均治愈出院,出院时均能站立行走。微信、电话随访6个月~1年,患者反映残余创面植皮效果好,且功能恢复良好。结论系列疗法治疗特大面积烧伤后期顽固性残余创面效果显著,可有效封闭残余创面,改善患者营养状况,促进患者功能恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the treatment experience of series therapy in the treatment of refractory residual wounds in the later stage of extra-large burn.Methods 30 patients with refractory residual wounds in the later stage of extra-large burn received thorough debridement,nutritional support,immersion therapy,antibiotic application,surgical treatment,strengthening infection prevention,rehabilitation treatment,and their therapeutic effect was observed.Results Residual wounds were completely closed after treatment in 30 patients,and their psychological state,nutritional status,physical strength,and functions were significantly improved.All patients were cured and discharged,and they were able to stand and walk when discharged.Follow-up on WeChat and phone for 6 months to 1 year,the patients reported that the residual wounds had good skin grafting and functional recovery.Conclusion Series therapy shows remarkable effect in the treatment of refractory residual wounds in the later stage of extra-large burn,and it can effectively close the residual wounds,improve the nutritional status of patients,and promote the recovery of patients'functions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
