加强护患沟通在手足显微外科中预防护理纠纷的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究加强护患沟通在手足显微外科中预防护理纠纷的应用效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的76例手足显微外科患者作为研究对象,采用抽签分组法将其分为两组,每组38例。常规组实施常规护理,加强组在常规护理基础上加强护患沟通。比较两组焦虑、抑郁情况、护理满意度及护理纠纷率。结果:加强组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加强组护理总满意度为94.74%,明显高于常规组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加强组护理纠纷率为2.63%,明显低于常规组的15.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足显微外科患者进行护理时加强护患沟通,能够显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁情况,提高护理满意度,有效预防护理纠纷的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of strengthening nurse-patient communication in preventing nursing disputes in hand-foot microsurgery.Method:A total of 76 cases of hand-foot microsurgery patients admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the objects of the study.They were divided into two groups by lottery grouping method,with 38 cases in each group.The routine group carried out routine nursing,and the strengthening group strengthened nurse-patient communication on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety,depression,nursing satisfaction and rate of nursing disputes in the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of SAS and SDS in the strengthening group were lower than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the strengthening group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 73.68%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing dispute rate in the strengthening group was 2.63%,which was significantly lower than 15.79%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening nurse-patient communication in the nursing of patients with handfoot microsurgery can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing disputes.
