中药外洗联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗扁平疣53例

摘　　要：目的:针对扁平疣采用中药外洗联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗方案加以临床治疗,分析其临床应用效果和使用安全性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年4月-2017年3月收治的106例扁平疣患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成试验组及对照组,每组53例。试验组采用中药外洗联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对照组单纯使用阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组临床治疗总有效率为94.34%,高于对照组的62.26%,差异有统计学意义(Х^2=16.05,P=0.00);试验组不良反应发生率为7.55%,对照组不良反应发生率为13.21%,差异无统计学意义(Х^2=0.91,P=0.34),两组不良反应均不严重,经过对症处理后基本消失,不影响患者日常生活。结论:对于扁平疣的治疗,临床中可以采用中西医结合的治疗方案,即利用中药外洗方联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗方案,这种治疗方案比单纯使用西药的治疗方案效果更为显著,而且安全,适合在临床中推广使用。Objective:For the flat wart,the traditional Chinese medicine external washing combined with Adapalene Gel treatment program is used for clinical treatment,and to analyze its clinical application effect and safety.Method:A total of 106 patients with flat warts admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine external washing combined with Adapalene Gel.The patients in the control group were treated with Adapalene Gel alone.The clinical treatment efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the trial group was 94.34%,which was higher than 62.26%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Х^2=16.05,P=0.00).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was 7.55%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.21%,there was no significant difference(Х^2=0.91,P=0.34).The adverse reactions of the two groups were not serious,after the symptomatic treatment,basically disappeared,did not affect the daily life of patients.Conclusion:For the treatment of flat warts,the treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can be adopted in clinic,that is,using traditional Chinese medicine external washing prescription combined with Adaplatin Gel treatment plan,this treatment plan is more effective than the treatment plan of using western medicine alone,and it is safe and suitable for popularizing in clinic.
