手术室护理管理对骨科手术院内感染的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析并探讨手术室护理管理对骨科手术院内感染的影响。方法:选择2017年5月-2018年5月在笔者所在医院骨科进行手术治疗的患者300例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各150例,对照组进行常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上进行手术室护理管理干预,比较两组患者治疗期间的感染发生率、手术室护理中不规范现象发生率及护理满意度。结果:试验组患者院内感染发生率为4.0%,显著低于对照组患者的12.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术室护理中不规范现象的发生率为4.7%,显著低于对照组的17.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理满意度达94.7%,显著高于对照组的72.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规护理基础上进行手术室护理管理可以显著降低骨科手术患者治疗期间的感染发生率,减少手术护理中不规范现象发生,提高护理质量。Objective:To analyze and discuss the influence of operating room nursing management on hospital infection in orthopedic surgery.Method:A total of 300 patients were selected from May 2017 to May 2018 for surgical treatment of orthopedic surgery in our hospital,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,all the 150 cases.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the experimental group conducted the operation of operating room nursing management on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence rate of infection during treatment of two groups of patients,the incidence of irregular phenomena in operating room care and the nursing satisfaction were compared.Result:The incidence of infection in the experimental group was 4.0%,significantly lower than 12.6%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unstandardized phenomenon in the operating room in the experimental group was 4.7%,significantly lower than 17.3% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 94.7%,significantly higher than 72.6% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operating room nursing management based on routine nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of infection of orthopedic surgery patients during treatment and reduce the nonstandard phenomenon occurred in the surgical nursing,to improve nursing quality.
