八钢工业废水在烧结系统回用实践

摘　　要：文章分析了八钢工业废水的特点及主要来源。结合八钢烧结工艺特点介绍了工业废水在烧结系统回用的途径:轧钢、炼钢工业废水用于活性石灰粉消化,用于一次混合加水,浓盐水用于二次制粒加水。钢铁工业废水在烧结工序实现了循环利用、综合回收。This paper analyzes the characteristics and main sources of industrial waste water in Bayi Steel.According to the characteristics of sintering process,some ways of reusing industrial waste water in sintering system are put forward,the waste water from steel rolling and steelmaking process are used for the digestion of active lime powder,the primary mixing water and the secondary granulation water.The waste water of iron and steel industry is recycled and recycled in sintering process.
