摘 要:脓毒症/脓毒性休克相关心功能不全是脓毒症/脓毒性休克患者常见并发症,与死亡率高度相关。一旦既往无心功能不全的患者被认定在脓毒症过程中发生了严重的与病情相关的心功能不全,既可以诊断脓毒症相关心功能不全。虽然脓毒症相关心功能不全的临床及基础研究已经30余年,然而其病理过程仍然未能完全揭示。此文总结了目前已知的与脓毒症相关心功能不全有关的病理机制与临床特点研究,以期为后续的探讨提供一些思路。Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction(SIMD)is a common complication in septic patients and is associated with higher mortality.In the clinical setting,it was once believed that myocardial dysfunction was a major pathological process in the septic patients who did not have a previous cardiac disfunction,SIMD was diagnosed.Although SIMD has been studied in clinical and basic research for more than 30 years,its pathophysiology is not completely understood,of cause no specific therapies for this disorder was deduced.The purpose of this review is to summarize the current knowledge of SIMD,especially focus on its pathogenesis and clinical characteristics.
