摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病是中老年人群中常见的疾病,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,其与心力衰竭常合并存在,两者并存严重影响患者的生活质量,且预后较差。国内外关于慢性阻塞性肺疾病对心功能影响的研究已经很深入,且国内已有多篇关于其对右心功能影响的综述。近年来,国内外专家意识到慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病发展过程中对左心功能的影响不容忽视,本文拟就近年来关于慢性阻塞性肺疾病对于左心功能的影响及如何评价其影响程度的研究做一小结,为今后诊治及进一步研究该类疾病提供借鉴。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common disease in the middle-aged and elderly population.It has a high morbidity and mortality.It is often associated with heart failure.Both of them have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients and have a poor prognosis.Researches on the effects of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on cardiac function have been deepened at home and abroad,and there have been many reviews in China about their effects on right heart function.In recent years,domestic and foreign experts have realized that the influence of left ventricular function during the development of diseases in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cannot be ignored.This paper intends to discuss the influence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on left ventricular function and how to evaluate its influence in recent years.The study will provide reference for future diagnosis and treatment and further study of such diseases.
