摘　　要：研究了端羧基聚酯树脂、固化剂、助剂的种类及用量对透明粉末涂料的外观(流平性、透明度)和性能(抗冲击性能、硬度、附着力、耐腐蚀性能、耐候性能)的影响,最终制备出了一种铝轮毂用超耐候纯聚酯透明粉末涂料。其具有罩光涂层的高流平性、高透明度、高耐候性能以及优良的耐腐蚀性能,满足铝轮毂涂层对美观度与耐久性的涂覆要求。The effects of the types and dosages of carboxyl-terminated polyester resins,curing agents and additives on the appearance(e.g.,leveling and transparency)and properties(e.g.,impact resistance,hardness,adhesion,corrosion resistance and weathering resistance)of transparent powder coatings are investigated.A kind of ultra weatherable pure polyester transparent powder coating for aluminium wheel hub is prepared,which shows high leveling,high transparency,high weatherproof and excellent corrosion resistance and meets the coating requirements of good aesthetics and durability for aluminium wheel hub.
