摘 要:压阻式压力传感器的输出信号是非常微弱的,微弱信号在传输过程中容易产生失真现象,同时也会受到各种干扰信号的影响,不利于有用信号的提取,因此文中针对压阻式压力传感器的输出信号设计了一种调理电路。该信号调理电路主要由AD8221芯片搭建的放大电路以及LTC1569-7芯片搭建的滤波电路组成,使用贴片电位器与AD8221结合可改变其增益。通过Multi⁃sim14.0软件进行电路的仿真验证,并制作电路板对其进行调试。实验结果表明,该信号调理电路能够将传感器输出的mV级别信号准确放大到0~5 V,并能够很好的过滤噪声,最终得到平稳的电压信号。同时,电路板尺寸为45 mm*20 mm,适用于微小型封装的传感器结构。The output signal of the piezoresistive pressure sensor is extremely weak,which is easy to be distorted during transmission.Besides,the weak signal may be disturbed by various interference signals,which have an adverse effect on the extraction of useful signals.This paper designed a conditioning circuit for the output signal of the piezoresistive pressure sensor.The signal conditioning circuit is mainly composed of an amplifier circuit built by the AD8221 chip,which combined with a patch potentiometer to change the gain,and a filter circuit built by the LTC1569-7 chip.The conditioning circuit was simulated by Multisim14.0 software,and the designed circuit board was debugged and verified.The experimental results indicated that the signal conditioning circuit could accurately amplify the mV level signal outputted by the sensor to 0~5 V,and had good efficiency of filtering noise,which could finally obtain a smooth voltage signal.Besides,the board is in mm sized(45×20 mm),which is suitable for sensor structures in tiny package.
