摘  要:本文基于Profibus现场总线技术的智能断路器Profibus-dp总线技术的解决方案,通过对智能通信芯片SPC3的智能从站接口硬件和软件的设计,同时对主从站进行了综合调整,论述了智能断路器和智能控制器组成的整体的工作原理。详细介绍了通信模块的设计方法,其中含有通信接口的设计电路、Profibus协议的处理方法以及数据监测程序的设计。根据低压电器的所拥有的特点,提出了一种基于Profibus的智能化低压控制电子装置。实验证明,以Profibus为基础的低压电器具有安全、准确等特点,具有很好的前景和使用价值。In this paper,based on Profibus field bus technology,the solution of intelligent circuit breaker Profibus-dp bus technology is presented.Through the design of hardware and software of intelligent slave station interface of intelligent communication chip SPC3,the master-slave station is adjusted synthetically,and the working principle of intelligent circuit breaker and intelligent controller is discussed.The design method of communication module is introduced in detail,including the design circuit of communication interface,the processing method of Profibus protocol and the design of data monitoring program.According to the characteristics of low-voltage electrical apparatus,an intelligent low-voltage control electronic device based on Profibus is proposed.Experiments show that the low voltage electrical apparatus based on Profibus has the characteristics of safety and accuracy,and has good prospects and application value.
