摘 要:大藤峡水利枢纽的船闸、泄水闸堰面、闸墩、胸墙、消力池及其导墙等部位体型,对混凝土的抗冲磨性能要求较高,因此选取了4种不同粗细骨料组合,在相同条件下进行了抗冲磨混凝土的力学、变形、热学和抗冲磨性能试验。结果表明:骨料特性对混凝土力学性能、变形性能、热学性能和抗冲磨性能均有影响,这种影响除了与骨料自身品质相关外,也与骨料与砂浆的界面特性有关。用灰岩粗骨料混凝土的弹性模量较用砂岩骨料混凝土大,干缩率较小,混凝土的抗冲磨强度也有一定程度的增加;粗骨料的粒形对混凝土强度影响较大,自身特性则对变形性能和热学性能影响显著。Experiments of concrete with 4 different coarse and fine aggregates are made in this paper.The mechanical,deformation,thermal and abrasion resistance of anti-abrasion concrete were measured under the same conditions.The results showed that the aggregate properties had an effect on the mechanical properties,deformation properties,thermal properties and abrasion resistance of concrete.This effect were related not only to the quality of aggregate itself,but also to the interfacial characteristics of aggregate and mortar.The elastic modulus of limestone coarse aggregate concrete was larger than that of sandstone aggregate concrete,and the shrinkage ratio was smaller.There had been a certain increase to anti-abrasion strength of concrete.The granular shape of coarse aggregate had a great influence on the strength of concrete,while its own characteristics had a significant impact on the deformation and thermal properties of concrete.
