生命意义感在医学生负性生活事件与心理危机脆弱性间的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨生命意义感在负性生活事件与心理危机脆弱性之间的作用机制。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLES)、生命意义感量表中文修订版(MLQ-C)、心理危机脆弱性量表对313名医学生进行问卷测量。结果:相关分析显示,负性生活事件与生命意义感呈显著负相关,与心理危机脆弱性呈显著正相关,生命意义感与心理危机脆弱性呈显著负相关。结构方程模型显示,生命意义感在负性生活事件和心理危机脆弱性之间的中介模型拟合度良好(χ^2/df=2.741,CFI=0.949,TLI=0.933,IFI=0.949,RMSEA=0.075),Bootstrap程序显示,生命意义感在负性生活事件与心理危机脆弱性之间起着部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比值为26.65%。结论:负性生活事件可通过生命意义感间接预测心理危机脆弱性。Objective:To explore the relationship among negative life events,meaning in life and vulnerability of psychological crisis.Methods:Adolescent life events scale(ASLES),Chinese revised life meaning scale(MLQ-C)and psychological crisis vulnerability scale were used to measure 313 medical students.Results:Correlation analysis showed that negative life events were significantly negatively correlated with meaning in life(r=-0.152,P<0.01),and positively correlated with the vulnerability to psychological crisis(r=0.279,P<0.01).meaning in life was significantly negatively correlated with the vulnerability to psychological crisis(r=-0.467,P<0.01).Structural equation modeling(SEM)showed that the relationship between negative life events and vulnerability to psychological crisis had a good fitness(χ^2/df=2.741,CFI=0.949,TLI=0.933,IFI=0.949,RMSEA=0.075),Bootstrap program showed that the meaning in life played a partial mediating effect between negative sexual events and psychological crisis vulnerability,and the mediating effect accounted for 26.65%of the total effect.Conclusion:Negative life events can partly predict vulnerability to psychological crisis through the meaning in life.
