摘  要:目的:探索煎药机的加水量对煎煮液有效成分溶出的影响。方法:以补阳还五汤为研究对象,对煎煮加水量进行考察,以阿魏酸及黄芪甲苷含量为考核指标,通过HPLC测定阿魏酸及黄芪甲苷含量,比较5种不同加水量公式的有效成分溶出差异。结果:公式4煎煮液中的阿魏酸及黄芪甲苷含量跟1、3基本无差别,表明1、3号药液的有效成分未达到最大溶出。在保证煎煮量一致、溶出率最大的前提下,为提高药材的利用率,可适当减少药方中的药材重量。结论:从有效成分的溶出比例来看,水平4中的有效成分溶出最充分。Objective Exploring the effect of adding water to decoction on the dissolution of effective components of decoction.Methods Taking Buyang Huanwu Decoction as the main research object,analyzing the effect of the amount of water,taking the content of ferulic acid and astragalus as the evaluation index,measuring the content of ferulic acid and astragaloside by HPLC,comparing the difference in the dissolution of active components with five different water additions.Results The content of ferulic acid and astragaloside in Formula 4 decoction solution were the same as that of 1 and 3,which showing that the active ingredient of 1 and 3 do not reached the maximum dissolution.On the premise of ensuring the same amount of decocting and the maximum dissolution rate,In order to improve the utilization of medicinal materials,could reduce the weight of medicinal herbs in the prescription.Conclusion According to the dissolution ratio of the active ingredients,level 4 is the best.
