影像测量仪在花键量规检测中的应用探讨

摘　　要：花键零件在机动车中主要用于运动过程的扭矩传递,其制造工艺水平和产品质量直接影响到总成件的质量。花键量规广泛用于高精度的花键孔、轴零部件批量生产中的过程检验。其自身精度要求较高,检测项目有:齿厚、齿槽宽和小径等参数。本文基于国家标准和校准规范的要求,进一步讨论如何利用高精度自动影像仪对花键环规的部分参数实施检测的可行性。Spline parts are mainly used for torque transmission in the motion process in motor vehicles.The manufacturing technology level and product quality directly affect the quality and performance of assembled parts.Spline gauges are widely used for processing inspection of batch production of spline holes and shaft parts with high precision.Based on national standard and calibration standard,this paper discusses the feasibility of calibrating spline ring gauge with high-precision automatic imaging equipment.
