摘  要:金川集团公司镍冶炼系统每年产出160万t镍熔融渣,渣场堆存冷渣5000万t。采用中空电极等离子矿热电炉,处理冷渣和部分热渣,生产合金铁、低硅硅铁,工艺技术成熟,技术经济指标较好,大中型矿热电炉设备制造完全国产化,投资省效益好;二次渣成分与高炉渣接近,采用辊式立磨机生产矿渣微粉,性能优异成本低,是全部综合利用冶炼弃渣的有效途径。Jinchuan Group’s nickel smelting system produces 1.6 million tons of nickel molten slag each year,and 50 million tons of cold slag is stored in the slag yard.The hollow electrode plasma submerged arc furnace is used to process the cold slag and part of the hot slag and produce alloy iron and low silicon ferrosilicon.The process technology is mature.The techno-economic indicator is preferable.Large and medium-sized mine thermal suberged arc furnace equipment manufacturing is completely localized.Less investment,good return.The secondary slag composition is close to blast furnace slag.The vertical roller mill is used to produce slag powder,which has excellent performance and low cost.It is an effective way to comprehensively utilize Jinchuan smelting waste.
