摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)及整合素β3(CD61)在子宫内膜异位症患者的在位子宫内膜及异位子宫内膜中的表达及意义。方法选择2018年1月~2018年7月因子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者30例,收集其异位子宫内膜及在位子宫内膜组织,其中Ⅰ~Ⅱ期15例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期15例。选择因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术的患者15例,收集其在位子宫内膜组织作为对照组。采用免疫组化及半定量分析法分别检测OPN,CD61在子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果①OPN及CD61在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期异位内膜组织中的表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期异位内膜组织、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期在位内膜组织、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期在位内膜组织及对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。②OPN,CD61在异位及在位子宫内膜组织中的表达显著相关,在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达无相关性。结论①OPN,CD61在异位子宫内膜组织中的表达高于在位子宫内膜组织,在位子宫内膜组织高于对照组,推测两者在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中起重要作用。②OPN,CD61在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者的在位子宫内膜组织中的表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期在位子宫内膜组织,在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期在位子宫内膜组织中的表达高于对照组,推测子宫内膜异位症的致病关键系子宫在位内膜本身。③OPN,CD61在异位及在位子宫内膜组织中的表达显著相关,推测其在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中具有协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin(OPN) and integrin β3(CD61) in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis.Methods Thirty patients with uterine endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2018 to January 2018 were enrolled.The ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium were collected,including 15 samples with stageⅠ~Ⅱ,and another 15 with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ.Fifteen patients with uterine fibroids underwent total hysterectomy were enrolled,and their eutopic endometrial tissues were collected as control group.Immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative analysis were used to detect the expression of OPN and CD61 in endometrial tissues respectively.Results ①The expressions of OPN and CD61 in ectopic endometrial tissues of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were higher than those of ectopic endometrial tissues of stageⅠ~Ⅱ,eutopic endometrial tissues ofⅠ~Ⅱand Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ,as well as the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).②The expression of OPN and CD61 in ectopic endometrial tissues and eutopic endometrial tissues was significantly correlated,but no correlation in the expression of normal endometrial tissues was found.Conclusion The expression of OPN and CD61 in ectopic endometrium is higher than that in endometrium,and expression in eutopic endometrium is higher than the control group,which is speculated that they both play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.②The expression of OPN and CD61 in the eutopic endometrium of patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳ is higher than that of stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,and the expressions of eutopic endometrial tissues in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ were higher than those in the control group,so it is suspected that the key cause of endometriosis is the uterine endometrium itself.③The expression of OPN and CD61 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium was significantly correlated,suggesting that they have synergistic effects in the occurrence and development of endomet
