卡泊三醇搽剂联合应用NB-UVB用于头部银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察卡泊三醇搽剂联合应用NB-UVB用于头部银屑病治疗的效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年12月就诊的头部银屑病患者184例,依据随机数字表将患者分为药物治疗组和对照观察组。药物治疗组卡泊三醇搽剂联合应用NB-UVB治疗,对照观察组单用NB-UVB照射,比较两组临床疗效。结果4周治疗后对照观察组的治疗有效率为53.26%,药物治疗组的治疗有效率为81.52%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。8周治疗后对照观察组及药物治疗组的有效率分别为86.96%,96.73%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论卡泊三醇搽剂联合应用NB-UVB用于头部银屑病治疗,相互协同起效,疗程明显缩短,疗效显著,副作用小。Objective To observe the effect of Capotriol liniment combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of head psoriasis.Methods One hundred and eighty-four patients with head psoriasis from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into drug treatment group and control group.The drug treatment group was treated with kapositol liniment combined with NB-UVB,and the control group was treated with NB-UVB alone.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 53.26%,and 81.52% for the drug treatment group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rates of the control group and the drug treatment group were 86.96% and 96.73% respectively,which had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Capotriol liniment combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of head psoriasis has a synergistic effect,shorten the treatment course,and the curative effect is remarkable and the side effects are minimal.
