摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间,骨科急诊手术面临严峻的感染防控挑战。医疗机构有必要依据国家卫健委出台的相关规范,结合骨科急诊手术特点,采取防控分级管理策略,并在充分评估医护人员暴露风险的基础上,对患者转运、术中管理及术后终末消毒等环节采取不同的处置流程。During the pandemic of Corona Virus Disease 2019, the emergency department is facing a dire challenges because of the orthopedic emergency surgery. Combining the characteristics of orthopedic emergency surgery, it is necessary to adopt a series of strategies in prevention and control, according to the guidelines on the prevention and treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019 released by the National Health Commission. Based on the adequate assessment of exposure risk of health care workers, some graded disposal processes are conducted in patient isolation transportation, intraoperative management and terminal disinfection.
